Gopala Yadavalli, M.D.
Dr. Yadavalli is an Associate Program Director, an Assistant Professor in the Division of Infectious Diseases, and Chief of the Infectious Diseases Clinic at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center. He attended medical school at Jefferson Medical College and completed his internship, residency, chief residency, and infectious diseases fellowship at University Hospitals of Cleveland. He has been on the faculty at Case School of Medicine since 2003.
Dr. Yadavalli’s clinical interests include HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C infection, general infectious diseases, and inpatient internal medicine. He is a recipient of the Scholarship in Teaching Award for 2005. In addition to his interest in educational research, he is an active member of the Case Center for AIDS Research, and maintains research interests in antiretroviral therapy outcomes and vaccine responsiveness in chronic HIV infection.
Dr. Yadavalli lives in Cleveland Heights with his wife and one-year old daughter.
